Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Material Handler Lead to coordinate a team of Material Handlers in a 5-day onsite workweek at our Massachusetts facility. You will manage dock activities, packing, pick, and ship operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely issue resolution.

You will work closely with Quality and carry out Lean improvements, problem-solving, and training of staff to meet GMP/ISO standards; exposure to export documentation and carrier coordination is expected.

Qualifications

1-2 years with High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships.
Coordinate a team of Material Handlers and ensure timely completion of dock activities, packing, pick, and ship.
Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO and site Quality policies.
Apply Lean principles to daily activities and identify process improvements.
Ability to lift, bend, reach, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Process export documentation and schedule carrier pickups as needed.
Oversee workload distribution and monitor throughput, quality, and productivity.
Train staff and handle escalated inquiries to meet customer expectations.
Investigate and resolve errors between sites (short ships, over ships).
Support NCEP investigations and risk assessments with necessary information.
