Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education preferred.
• Experience in shipping/receiving/warehousing in a CGMP Biotech facility preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide floor direction, prioritization, and troubleshooting with area management.
• Triage quality events and escalate as needed to Management.
• Update controlled documents in the Document Management System.
• Execute deviations and related records in the Quality Management System.
• Maintain CGMP documentation and safety, quality, and integrity standards.
• Oversee packing, shipping, and material handling for CGMP raw materials.
• Operate forklifts and turret trucks; perform material picking/putaway.
• Collaborate with QA, Planning, and Quality Control teams.
• Cross-train into Kitting and Product Services to support production.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and material replenishment.
