Job summary

Ocean Network Express North America in Boise, ID is seeking a Export Documentation Supervisor to own the Boise export documentation process and oversee a team of 5–7 specialists, ensuring accurate bill of lading production and timely delivery.

You will partner with management to develop policies, analyze root causes of errors, and drive continuous improvement across internal and external customer workflows in a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising documentation staff

Responsibilities

• General responsibility and accountability for 6+ documentation representatives
• Manage bill of lading production with accuracy and deadlines
• Drive ownership of issue resolution and root-cause analysis
• Follow through on customer inquiries and internal actions
• Support on-shore and off-shore offices to maintain workflow continuity
• Ensure team knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
• Respond to internal and external customer requirements
• Provide daily recap to Manager
• Collaborate to implement service strategies for existing/new products
• Available for holidays, weekends, extended hours and travel as needed
