Job summary

Ocean Network Express in Boise, Idaho, is hiring to own the Export Documentation process and support the Manager in policy development. The role requires directing a team of 5–7 specialists, ensuring accurate bill of lading production, and timely customer service across internal and external clients.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two remote days each week. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior supervisory experience in logistics is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role overseeing documentation teams.
• Experience with export documentation and bill of lading processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Boise export documentation processes end-to-end.
• Lead 5–7 specialists; ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Perform root-cause analysis to fix recurring documentation issues.
• Collaborate with on-shore and offshore offices for workflow continuity.
• Provide daily department recaps to the Manager.
• Drive service strategies for current and new products.
