Job summary

McLane Global, a leading food-grade logistics company based in Houston, Texas, seeks an Export Document Specialist to join its international team. You will prepare export documentation for ocean, air, and land shipments and liaise with sales, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a degree in logistics or related fields is preferred, and strong Excel/ERP (D365) skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred in logistics, international studies, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel and ERP like D365.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export documentation for ocean, air, and land shipments.
• Process commercial invoices, COOs, Free sale Certificates, and other documents with data accuracy.
• Communicate with sales, warehouse, freight forwarders, vendors, and customers to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain organized export files and monitor accounts payable/receivable for timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations and assist with trade shows documentation.
