Job summary

McLane Global is seeking an entry level International Sales Assistant in Houston. The role supports the internal team in processing sales orders, purchasing, receiving, shipping/export documentation, and invoicing.

You will assist with container bookings, document handling, and cross-border registrations while coordinating with traders and logistics staff. Fluency in English and Arabic, plus strong MS Office skills, are required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English and Arabic fluently at advanced levels.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving of products at warehouses and process in the system.
• Assist Logistics Manager with container booking, loading, docs, and B/L instructions.
• Prepare UPS shipments and sample packing; support traders with registration docs.
• Provide logistics and sales support when staff are unavailable.
• Coordinate and resolve shipping discrepancies with pickups and deliveries.
• Manage damage and credit issues with the appropriate entities.
