Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an Export Control Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to export control laws and contract requirements. You will lead the research and design of processes, provide training to internal and external partners, and manage the approval workflow for export controls across customer sites.

You will also perform audits, assist with reporting, and help elevate any non-compliance issues while collaborating with stakeholders and field partners throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Law or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of work experience.
• Prior contract review experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for government-regulated Export Control/ITAR compliance.
• Research, design and implement improved Export Control processes and policies.
• Educate stakeholders on Export Control laws and their impact to customers.
• Review customer service agreement language related to Export Control.
• Perform required reporting and audits to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve non-compliance issues.
