Job summary

TechInsights is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Compliance Solutions, to lead export-control intelligence offerings anchored by Compliance Monitor. You will own the product and content roadmaps, directing analysts, external experts and a Research Fellow to deliver content addressing customer questions and regulatory developments.

You will collaborate with Platform Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Customer Success to help customers assess exposure to new restrictions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, International Trade, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years in product management or technical program management with compliance, regulatory, or B2B subscription data products.
• Working knowledge of export controls, BIS regulations (EAR) and Entity List implications.
• Ability to set product and content strategy, build roadmaps, and write clear SoWs.
• Experience directing internal and external contributors to deliver content on schedule.
• Proven collaboration with Commercial Segment Leaders, Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing and Customer Success.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with semiconductor supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent writing skills for customer-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define use cases, user personas and customer compliance workflows.
• Build and communicate the Compliance Solutions product roadmap including Compliance Monitor.
• Own the content roadmap across analysts and external experts.
• Maintain processes for BIS and export control changes and turning them into priorities.
• Write SoWs for internal and external contributors with scope, schedule and success criteria.
• Drive release and publication cadence with Platform Engineering.
• Oversee the Compliance Monitor landing page with alerts and summaries.
• Plan quarterly customer engagements with Product Marketing and Customer Success.
• Support Sales and Product Marketing with demos and renewals; capture feedback.
