Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate between kitchen staff and front-of-house.
• Ensure orders are complete, properly plated, and meet presentation standards.
• Maintain ticket order and timing for smooth service.
• Prioritize and organize multiple orders simultaneously.
• Assist with garnishing or final presentation touches.
• Keep the pass-through window and expo station clean and organized.
• Communicate delays, issues, or dietary concerns to servers or management.
• Support kitchen or service staff during high-volume shifts.
