Regency Hotel Management at Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille inside The Lodge at Deadwood seeks a reliable Morning Food Expo to bridge the kitchen and front-of-house, coordinating tickets and ensuring quality from 7am to midnight. Experience in busy restaurant settings is preferred and a positive, team-first attitude is essential.

The role involves organizing orders, garnishing dishes, maintaining expo-line cleanliness, and assisting with light prep.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or expo experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille, located inside The Lodge at Deadwood, is a high-energy restaurant known for great food and exceptional service. We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Morning Food Expo to help ensure our guests receive accurate, timely, and well-presented meals.

Position Summary:
The Food Expo (Expeditor) serves as the communication link between the kitchen and front-of-house team. This role is responsible for organizing tickets, coordinating food orders, and ensuring dishes are complete and meet quality standards before being delivered to guests. We are open from 7am until midnight - shifts vary in that time frame.
