Job summary

Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille, located inside The Lodge at Deadwood, is seeking a dependable Morning Food Expo to ensure guests receive accurate, timely, and well-presented meals. The role acts as the link between kitchen and front-of-house, coordinating tickets and orders.

Open from 7am to midnight with shifts varying within that window. Responsibilities include organizing tickets, ensuring quality, and maintaining expo line cleanliness while supporting light prep as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or expo experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage food tickets during service.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared accurately and presented properly.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers.
• Organize and prioritize orders for timely delivery.
• Garnish and plate food as needed.
