Honorable Mention is a new sports bar opening in Portland, OR, seeking an Expo to oversee food execution and ensure every dish leaves the kitchen accurately, complete, and timed for the guest experience.

Coordinate flow from kitchen to dining room, verify presentation, communicate pacing with servers and kitchen, and prioritize tickets during rushes while maintaining a clean expo station and a ready-to-serve team.

Role Summary
