What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements related to Salesforce capabilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements, user needs, and platform configurations
- Lead the refinement of user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and readiness for development
- Collaborate with teams to identify business challenges and align on project scope and priorities
- Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, process flows, and business rules with a focus on Salesforce architecture

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with hands-on experience working with Salesforce
- Proven ability to gather and refine Salesforce-related business requirements and translate them into technical documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with Agile teams, including participation in sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional enterprise tools and platforms such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday
- Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, or light SQL for data validation
- Background in SaaS, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Certified Scrum Product Owner
