Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Information Governance and Data Management, you will be a member of the ECM Services Team. This individual will support and enhance Camden’s collaboration platforms, engaging with the business as a critical function. The role involves supporting and expanding Camden’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) SharePoint Solution, automating processes, integrating with the SharePoint Intranet, and evaluating new solutions to meet business needs.

Essential Functions

  1. Manage business requests for new initiatives involving collaboration platforms:
  • Gather requirements
  • Collaborate with IT teams to determine solutions
  • Work with SharePoint Admin/development team for implementation
  • Validate solutions
  • Coordinate testing and end-user training
  • Provide support and perform administrative tasks:
    • Respond to user support requests via email, tickets, chat
    • Estimate resolution times, communicate plans, track issues
    • Verify resolution and update documentation
    • Collaborate with IT for technical issues
    • Run reports and perform data analysis
    • Support records management in SharePoint
  • Adhere to SOX governance policies regarding computer usage, change management, and source code control.
  • Proactively identify and resolve problems to improve customer experience.
  • Embrace Camden’s culture of Having Fun and promote a positive work environment.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • 10+ years of relevant experience
    • Technical proficiency with M365, SharePoint Online, and related technologies
    • Experience with information architecture and content lifecycle management
    • Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley controls and risk management
    • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
    • Minimal travel required
    • Business acumen to understand IT impact on business functions

    Preferred experience in:

    • PowerBI
    • M365 Compliance Center, Information Governance, Records Management
    • Vendor management and external support teams
    • Real Estate, Multi-family Housing, or construction industries
