What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Salesforce
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements, user needs, and platform configurations
- Lead the refinement and grooming of user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria for development
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, focusing on Salesforce flows and automation

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with hands-on Salesforce experience

- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard and custom objects, and platform limitations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional enterprise tools such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday
- Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, or light SQL for data validation
- Background in SaaS, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Certified Scrum Product Owner
