What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to document business and functional requirements related to Salesforce
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements and user needs

- Experience with additional enterprise tools and platforms such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday
- Familiarity with API integrations and light SQL for data validation
- Background in SaaS, healthcare, or other regulated industries
