Job summary

You collaborate with store leadership, execute window activations, and provide in-the-moment training on brand standards while delivering a world-class guest experience on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Visual merchandising or fashion merchandising experience is preferred.
• Experience in retail or sales environments.
• Understanding of color theory, styling, and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards, product stories, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute effective product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and seasonal changes as directed.
• Engage with guests to understand needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
