THE·TEAM is seeking a Director, Experiential Operations & Production to lead high-volume activations from brief to execution, with a focus on media, influencer and social-first campaigns. You will ensure the right people, partners, processes and controls are in place to deliver safely, on time, on budget and to THE·TEAM's quality standards.

With 8+ years in experiential production, you will manage budgets, lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in experiential, live event, or integrated production.
• Experience leading high-volume, quick-turn activations.
• Fluency across technical, scenic, fabrication, venue, labour, logistics and onsite ops.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budgets and margins.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring ability.
• Strong client presence and communication skills.
• Highly organized and calm under pressure; risk-aware.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end production and operations for experiential programmes and live events.
• Translate objectives into scalable production plans under tight timelines.
• Shape experiences to drive social-first impact and content capture.
• Build repeatable models for high-frequency activations.
• Own project financials: estimates, forecasting, change control, margins.
• Manage production partners across fabrication, AV, lighting, venues, staff.
• Uphold safety, compliance, quality; mentor team; support pitches.
