Job summary

THE TEAM, a global leader in sports, music and entertainment, seeks a Manager, Client Services on the Experiential Team. You will oversee large-scale projects from brief to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results with high quality for beauty and lifestyle brands.

Hybrid work policy: 3 days in office. Base salary range is $60,000-$75,000 with bonus potential. Benefits include 401k, medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant event experience in experiential marketing, sports, entertainment, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive issue identification and thoughtful problem solving.
• Strong collaboration within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and high organization.

Responsibilities

• Own components of large-scale projects to support day-to-day management of accounts and projects.
• Lead development and execution of small-scale projects with support from an account team and oversight from an Account Director.
• Support strategic development of activation concepts meeting client requests and budgets.
• Manage project planning through execution and post-event recap.
• Develop budgets of $200K+ and ensure financial targets are met.
• Foster client, supplier, and third-party relationships throughout projects.
• Attend conferences and events to ensure best-in-class programs.
