Job summary

Highsnobiety seeks an experienced Production Manager to independently elevate HS+ experiential projects from kickoff to post‑event wrap in a hybrid New York setting. You will deliver high‑quality events, manage budgets, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet client objectives and timelines.

You will support pre‑sales feasibility assessments and budgeting, while ensuring adherence to creative standards. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in experiential/event production, with small–mid brand events.
• Experience producing events from planning through onsite execution and final budget reconciliation.
• Experience supporting larger or more complex experiential programs as part of a broader production team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned projects from kickoff through post‑event wrap.
• Create and maintain production timelines, budgets, vendor scopes, floor plans, staffing plans, run‑of‑show documents, and call sheets.
• Own day‑to‑day communication with and Client Services, Creative, Talent, PR, Editorial, and other internal teams.
• Provide status updates and elevate risks with recommended solutions.
• Manage project budgets from initial estimate through final reconciliation, including POs and invoices.
