MATTE PROJECTS is seeking a Senior Experiential Producer in New York City to lead high-end experiential production for various clients. This role requires 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing and excellent project management skills. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and an adeptness in managing technical production workflows.

The position offers a salary range of $130,000-$150,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage and a 401k plan. Candidates must be willing to work on-site four days a week.

• Minimum 7 years experience in experiential marketing production.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets up to $3MM.
