Job summary

MATTE is seeking an Executive Producer, Experiential Production in New York to own end-to-end production of experiential work, from concept to strike. You will lead the Experiential Production team, partner with Creative, Client Services, and Finance, and raise the bar on creative execution, safety, and margins.

This senior role requires 12+ years in experiential production, with live events, budgets, vendor negotiations, and team-building.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experiential production experience, with senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of live events, fabrication, logistics, and production.
• Strong financial acumen with large-budget experience.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Calm, decisive under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts.
• NYC-based with travel and on-site production flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of experiential productions: concept through strike.
• Oversee large-scale live events, immersive environments, installations, and activations.
• Ensure creative intent is preserved while delivering safe, scalable work.
• Lead production voice in development, risk assessment, and opportunity identification.
