Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on event production experience.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
• Deep understanding of AV, lighting, staging, fabrication, and permitting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in production tools and project management platforms.
• Able to work irregular hours and travel.
• Experience with agencies and high-profile brands is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, Vectorworks, or SketchUp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept through completion.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and client communications.
• Translate concepts into executable production plans with design/tech teams.
• Own production workflows including decks, schedules, staffing, site plans.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout production.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain schedule and quality.
• Negotiate with vendors and oversee staff.
• Oversee on-site builds, installations, and strike.
• Document project details and post-event wrap-up.
• Stay current with experiential design and event tech trends.
