Michaels is hiring at the ATL-CANTON, GA store to join our team in delivering fun, creative events and exceptional customer service. You will plan and coordinate events, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout while supporting stock, Safety, and store standards.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping guests of all ages through engaging activities and lessons.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working with children and children’s events is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events at the store, including children’s birthday parties and classes.
• Engage with customers of all ages and assist with product selection and checkout.
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and stock/planogram duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and follow SOPs.
