Job summary

• Experience working with children and managing kids’ events preferred.

• Retail and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events, including children’s parties and craft classes.
• Engage with guests of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate and guide participants through craft projects; perform face painting and similar activities.
• Coordinate party add-ons (goody bags, balloons) to company standards.
• Handle event-related admin tasks (emails, calls, paperwork) and store communication.
• Assist with stock, merchandising tasks, and store cleanliness as needed.
