Job summary

Sifted, LLC is hiring a part-time customer-experience focused role to deliver and serve lunch at client offices and manage the on-site experience. You will coordinate with the culinary team, deliver meals, and create a branded, pop-up lunch environment that delights staff.

The ideal candidate enjoys fast-paced events, loves engaging guests, and can lift up to 50 lbs. This role requires a personal vehicle and ServSafe certification, with potential growth in a supportive, growing team.

Qualifications

• Must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid).
• Requires use of a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license and active insurance.
• Experience in food service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure every staff member is delighted.
• Meet with the culinary team to learn the menu, pick up lunch, and deliver to the client’s office.
• Create an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded materials and creativity.
• Tell the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the signage.
• Collect feedback with specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
