Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at our clients’ locations. The ideal candidate enjoys pop-up events and values all elements of a world-class event experience.

This on-site role requires a vehicle and the ability to drive, with schedule Monday-Thursday, 10 am-2 pm, in Menlo Park and other Bay Area locations as needed. Compensation is $25/hr.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid).

Responsibilities

• Manage the on-site lunch experience at the client location and ensure staff are delighted.
• Create a pop-up vibe in the client office using branded materials and creativity.
• Tell the menu story and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper.
• Collect feedback with metrics and report to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
• Interact with guests in fast-paced events and represent the Sifted brand.
