Sifted is a Seattle-based company delivering chef-made, hand-delivered lunches to destination workplaces. We hire a customer-experience minded professional to serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at client locations.

The ideal candidate enjoys pop-up events, values standout service, and is excited to tell the story of the menu through branded messaging while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. This role is on-site in client offices and includes growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused individual with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced event environments.
• Must maintain Seattle Food Service card (company-paid).

Responsibilities

• Managing the lunch experience at the client’s location to delight staff.
• Create a pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded paper and creativity.
• Tell the menu story through branded messaging on paper.
• Collect feedback and report metrics to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
• Loves fast-paced events and interacting with guests.
• Represents Sifted brand to clients.
