Job summary

Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at client locations in Seattle. You’ll create a branded, pop-up lunch vibe, explain the menu story through signage, and collect feedback to help the Community Manager improve the experience.

This is an on-site role with parking benefits and opportunities to grow within the company. Compensation is $24 per hour with vacation/PTO, sick leave, paid holidays, and access to Earned Wage through

Qualifications

• Must maintain Seattle Food Service card (company-paid).
• Experience in fast-paced on-site service is a plus.
• Able to work on-site at client offices in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lunch experience at the client location and ensure staff are delighted.
• Create a branded pop-up vibe in the office with signage and creative setup.
• Tell the menu story through branded messaging on the paper.
• Collect feedback with metrics and report to the Community Manager.
• Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
