Job summary

Covista in Lisle, IL is seeking an experienced Experiential Learning Advisor to promote student success by guiding placements and coordinating the experiential learning lifecycle. You will advise students, review sites and preceptors, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a high-quality experience.

Your role involves tracking placements, providing proactive outreach, and coaching peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare education preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a variety of office hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of Chamberlain's curriculum and programs to support students during experiential learning.
• Reviews, tracks and reports experiential learning placements and student data to support progression.
• Reviews and approves sites and preceptors based on academic rubric and escalates as needed.
• Coaches students to explore alternatives and refers to resources when necessary.
• Collaborates with internal teams and partners to deliver an optimal student experience.
• Addresses student concerns with strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Provides training and coaching to peers and shares leading practices.
• Performs other duties and complies with policies and standards.
