Job summary

Chamberlain University is seeking an Advisor for Experiential Learning to promote student success through accurate and responsive advisement of the experiential learning lifecycle. You will coordinate placements, guide students from submission to registration, and serve as the primary contact for students and partner sites.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, coaching to overcome barriers, and handling documentation for placements and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3 years customer service or related experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare education preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promote student success through accurate advisement of experiential learning.
• Coordinate and track experiential learning applications from submission to registration.
• Coach students and refer to resources to support progression.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure student success.
• Assist with documentation for placement approvals and agreements.
