Job summary

Chamberlain College of Nursing, LLC in Missouri seeks an experienced advisor to promote student success through accurate advisement of experiential learning and related services. You will support, coach, and advocate for students throughout the experiential learning lifecycle, coordinating applications from submission to registration.

Working in a team-based environment, you will review sites and preceptors, collaborate with internal partners, and provide guidance and training to peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3 years customer service or related experience preferred.
• Healthcare education experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of Chamberlain’s curriculum to support students during experiential learning.
• Reviews and tracks experiential learning placements and student data.
• Approves sites and preceptors based on academic rubric.
• Coaches students to overcome barriers and makes resource referrals.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to optimize student experience.
• Addresses student concerns and provides mentorship to peers.
