You will secure experiential learning placements, manage site onboarding, and provide guidance to Specialists II, while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and ensuring data integrity in portals and CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in placement coordination or educational operations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and professional correspondence skills.
• Experience managing complex or non-standard placement processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and placement portals.

Responsibilities

• Secure experiential learning placements at assigned and prospective sites.
• Manage placements for sites requiring special portals or paper-based applications.
• Conduct year-round outreach to existing and prospective sites to secure placement opportunities.
• Initiate real-time requests and communications with new sites to meet learner needs.
• Maintain communication with current and new sites to ensure partnership satisfaction.
• Oversee and provide guidance to Specialist II, ensuring proper handling of site requests and learner clearances.
• Monitor site onboarding and communication requirements, updating shared digital interfaces.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings.
• Ensure data integrity within portals, CRM, and other systems.
• Support pre- and post-semester placement projects.
• Escalate critical or systemic issues to leadership as necessary.
