Barry University is seeking a Coordinator for Experiential Learning to implement programs based on inclusive leadership development, multicultural initiatives, and engagement for students, especially BIPOC. The role involves managing federal work-study students and coordinating stakeholders across departments.

The position supports the Associate Director for Experiential Learning and will focus on co-curricular and experiential pathways within various majors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing, and social media.
• Ability to communicate effectively across diverse identities and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate educational and co-curricular programming for undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Lead logistics for the Leadership & Inclusion Conference (fall) and Women's Leadership Summit (spring).
• Create a welcoming campus culture where all students feel belonging and connected with staff and leaders.
• Supervise work-study students with scheduling, timesheets, and task delegation.
• Develop and promote co-curricular calendar and programming for heritage and history months.
• Gather faculty, staff, and student representatives for campus-wide calendars.
