Job summary

EDENS is seeking a Manager of Events, Partnerships & Experiences to develop and deliver cultural, culinary, retail, sports and community programming across Union Market District in Washington, DC. You will translate programming strategy into organized events and partnerships that drive retailer participation and community engagement.

You will liaise with retail partners and external collaborators, supporting venue sales and major events across Union Market District venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in event production, experiential marketing, sponsorship activation or related field.
• Experience delivering pop-up activations and retail programs from concept to on-site delivery.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with retailers, sponsors and partners.
• Existing DMV-area sponsor relationships are strongly preferred.
• Strong project management, organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead district programming and on-site event execution with a focus on guest and partner experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet timelines, budgets and operational requirements.
• Provide on-site leadership, resolve issues quickly and maintain event quality.
• Develop consumer activations and partnerships that can scale across the district.
• Support venue sales and ensure comprehensive event documentation and reporting.
• Track attendance, revenue and partner feedback for evaluation and planning.
