Job summary

Edens Realty, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Manager of Events, Partnerships and Experiences to develop and deliver cultural, culinary, retail, sports and community programming across Union Market District.

You will translate programming strategy into on-site activations, partnerships and revenue opportunities. The role requires strong relationship-building, project management and organizational skills, with on-site work nights and weekends as programming demands.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three(3) years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, sponsorship activation, venue sales, retail events, conferences or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and alignment with Union Market District goals.
• Execute the district's annual programming calendar and deliver assigned programs, activations and events.
• Provide on-site leadership for assigned programs and resolve issues while maintaining guest, retailer and partner experience.
• Develop and execute consumer-facing pop-up activations appropriate for the district.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm responsibilities, deadlines and requirements.
• Maintain event timelines, calendars and trackers to support planning and execution.
• Coordinate contracts, invoices and insurance certificates for events.
• Provide Marketing with event details, partner information and deadlines for website, social media and PR.
• Prepare event briefs, recap reports and participation summaries for leadership and teams.
• Track attendance, participation, revenue and retailer feedback for future planning.
• Support venue sales and operations by coordinating inquiries, leads and site tours.
