EDENS in Washington, DC, seeks a Manager, Events, Partnerships and Experiences to translate the district's programming strategy into well-organized events and activations across Union Market District. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen retailer participation, community engagement and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in event production, experiential marketing, sponsorship activation, venue sales or related field.
• Proven experience developing and executing pop-up activations or retail programs from concept to on-site delivery and recap.
• Experience working with retailers, sponsors, vendors or partners in a high-visibility role.
• Existing relationships with DMV-area businesses and organizations that sponsor activations preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple events, budgets and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead district programming and event execution aligned with Union Market District goals.
• Collaborate to execute annual programming calendar and deliver recurring programs, activations and signature events.
• Provide on-site leadership, resolve issues and ensure strong guest, retailer and partner experience.
• Develop and execute consumer-facing pop-up activations suitable for district scaling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm responsibilities, deadlines and requirements.
• Maintain event timelines, run-of-show documents and trackers for planning and execution.
• Prepare event briefs, recap reports and participation summaries for leadership.
