Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of event sales experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS or business metrics apps.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary or Hospitality Management degree or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and coordinate events from booking through final execution, ensuring a unique experience.
• Prepare sales reports for Drive Shack Corporate Office (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Proactively prospect and introduce new event opportunities.
• Partner with Operations leadership to enhance guest experience and drive profitability.
• Generate and support programs promoting high performance, innovation, and fun.
• Maintain knowledge of local markets for corporate and social events.
• Maximize revenues through upselling techniques.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and expos at least monthly.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safe work practices.
