Job summary

Dear Media is seeking an experienced Event Producer to plan, coordinate, and execute all live experiential events. You will lead vendor relations, assist with show management, and work with the Head of Experiential Events to run the full calendar.

The role requires 3+ years in event production, strong budgeting and organizational skills, and willingness to travel to events nationwide. Collaboration with brand partnerships and cross-team communication are essential assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event production, preferably in the media, entertainment, or marketing industries.
• Experience managing events of varying scales, from small gatherings to large productions, nationwide.
• Strong budgeting skills across multiple events and departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external partners.
• Willingness to travel to event locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the full live events calendar with the Head of Experiential Events.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and secure quotes from vendors.
• Oversee on-site setup, logistics, and real-time issue resolution.
• Create renderings for event layouts and coordinate with Brand Partnerships.
• Handle COIs, insurance needs, and vendor relationships throughout projects.
