Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned experiential production leader to oversee day-to-day agency efforts, nurture critical client relationships, and drive strategic planning for experiential initiatives in a fast-paced setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure flawless execution from concept to breakdown across live events.

The role emphasizes budget management, proactive problem-solving, and seamless onsite delivery, with a focus on beverages/CPG accounts and sponsor

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing planning and execution of experiential projects and accounts in a fast-paced agency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver excellent execution in a dynamic environment.
• Experience creating and managing project budgets and handling reconciliations.
• Thorough understanding of agency processes and agency/client relationship models.
• Creative problem-solving ability and a "what if" mindset.
• Strong self-starter mentality, proactive nature, and sense of responsibility.
• Previous experience working on beverages or CPG accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and help lead the agency's day-to-day experiential production efforts with key client relationships and accounts
• Participate in client calls and project planning meetings, contributing strategic thinking and production support on feasibility and budgeting
• Establish objectives and priorities for client initiatives and champion execution success
• Oversee event planning and production, including builds, mobile sampling tours, run of show, deadlines, setup, and breakdown
• Lead and manage onsite execution of live event production
• Collaborate with Integrated Account, Creative, Digital/Social, and Content teams
• Manage relationships with key sponsorships, event properties, and production partners
• Complete work on time, within project budgets, and beyond expectations
• Develop in-depth knowledge of each client's business, industry, and competitive landscape
