Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead technical event production and oversee all fabrication, audiovisual, and logistics for live events. You will manage multi‑venue operations, coordinate labor, vendors, and client communication, and drive successful delivery within scope and budget.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in experiential operations, the ability to lead teams, and a track record of delivering complex projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of operations experience in experiential/sports/entertainment fields preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the experiential landscape and end‑to‑end delivery.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to senior clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of event operations from planning to execution across venues.
• Lead multi‑stop tours with detailed logistics and transportation planning.
• Coordinate and manage technicians, vendors, and labor teams, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Develop, manage, and reconcile project budgets of $500k+ and meeting targets.
• Create production schedules and run‑of‑show documents with deliverable dates.
