Job summary

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa seeks a Conference Services Manager to create memorable experiences for guests and act as the liaison between clients and the hotel. You will provide detailed planning and supervision of groups and events, distributing orders, resumes, and diagrams while coordinating with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and guest-service orientation.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts gracefully under pressure.
• Experience coordinating events for luxury hotels or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Distribute detailed event orders, group resumes, and diagrams.
• Oversee event planning meetings with clients and vendors.
• Coordinate on-site event management and supervision of assigned groups and events.
• Assist in final group billing arrangements and ensure service standards.
