Job summary

The Westin/Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa is seeking a Conference Services Manager to drive group/conference sales, manage catering events and maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction. You will coordinate event details, floorplans, BEOs and timelines with multiple hotel departments.

Ideal candidates have strong sales experience in hospitality, exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage complex conventions and large events.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales and catering campaign experience.
• Ability to organize convention bookings, floorplans and timelines.
