Job summary

Fanatics is seeking an Associate, Fanatics ONE Experiences in New York, NY to run the operations behind the experiences that members earn. You will manage ticketing blocks, guest lists, run of show, and on-site logistics to ensure events run on time and with the premium standard.

You will coordinate with VIP Hosting, Partnerships, Finance, and Data, building scalable processes and records as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in event operations, hospitality coordination, or marketing operations.
• Experience with ticketing platforms, CRM systems, or event tools preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization; ability to manage multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Manage systems and records for events, including tickets and hospitality assets.
• Coordinate on-site events, run of show, guest lists, and logistics.
• Track utilization and prepare event recaps and reports.
• Collaborate with VIP Hosting, Partnerships, Finance, and Data teams.
