Job summary

Texas Mutual Insurance Company is hiring a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to investigate claims, administer benefits, and ensure compliance under the Texas Workers' Compensation Act. You will report to the Claims Supervisor and handle a range of claims with increasing responsibilities.

The role includes a flex-hybrid work environment, a base pay range aligned to market rates, and a full benefits package with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 to 4 years experience adjusting workers' compensation claims.
• Current Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster license.

Responsibilities

• Administer workers' compensation benefits to injured workers.
• Conduct investigations for coverage and compensability, establish and maintain appropriate reserves, and make appropriate recommendations on claims.
• Manage established claims on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper handling of moderate to complex claims.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in claim file management, work effectiveness, interpersonal skills and customer service.

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.

Base Pay Range: $69,999.20 - $104,628.30 Per Year
