Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years experience in adjusting workers’ compensation claims.
• Current Texas workers’ compensation or all lines adjuster license required.

Responsibilities

• Administer workers’ compensation benefits to injured workers.
• Conduct investigations for coverage and compensability; establish reserves and make recommendations on claims.
• Manage established claims on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper handling of moderate to complex claims.
• Demonstrate proficiency in claim file management, work efficiency, and customer service.
