Job summary

Straub Automotive is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician in Triadelphia, WV, with a strong focus on diagnostics and repair. Join a winning team known for quality service and a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills including electrical.
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training preferred.
• Diesel and transmission experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repair – diagnose and repair customer vehicles with precision and efficiency.
• Recon – prepare and recondition vehicles for resale, ensuring quality.
• Quality & Safety – complete repairs to manufacturer and safety standards.
• Teamwork – work with service advisors and fellow technicians to keep customers happy.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Experience – 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Diagnostic Skills – Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills, including electrical diagnostics.
• Certifications– ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training a preferred.
• Specialty Skills– Diesel and transmission experience a plus, but not required.
• Work Ethic– Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.
• Driving Record– Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Education– High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability– Ability to work Saturdays.
