Job summary

Straub Automotive in West Virginia is seeking Lube Techs to join a fun, hard-working team. We offer a four-day week option, competitive benefits, and paid training while you grow with a longtime, family-owned dealer.

As a Lube Tech, you’ll perform oil changes, inspect and refill fluids, rotate tires, replace filters when needed, and keep the work area clean and safe. Saturdays availability is required, and a valid driver’s license helps you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical repairs. High School auto tech courses a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Check and change the oil
• Complete multi-point inspections
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as needed
• Complete tire rotations
• Check and replace air and cabin filters as needed
• Check tire pressure for proper inflation
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
