Straub Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair customer vehicles on-site in Triadelphia, WV. We offer growth opportunities with a family-owned team and comprehensive benefits. Join us to build a lasting career in a supportive shop environment.

We value strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills, a clean driving record, and Saturday availability. Training and growth are provided to help you advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience – Technician experience required. Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Diagnostic Skills – Solid diagnostic and mechanical repair skills, including electrical diagnostics.
• Certifications – ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training a plus; any OEM training preferred.
• Specialty Skills – Diesel and transmission experience a plus, but not required.
• Work Ethic – Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.
• Driving Record – Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability – Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Diagnostics & Repair – Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with precision and efficiency. This includes electrical diagnostics and drivability issues.
• Recon – Prepare and recondition vehicles for resale, ensuring quality.
• Quality & Safety – Complete repairs to manufacturer and safety standards.
• Teamwork – Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to keep customers happy.
