Job summary

Straub Automotive is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our winning service team in West Virginia.

You’ll diagnose and repair vehicles, perform recon, and help maintain safety and quality standards while working with a supportive, growth-minded crew.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills, including electrical diagnostics.
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training preferred.
• Diesel and transmission experience a plus, but not required.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & repair customer vehicles with precision.
• Recon: prepare and recondition vehicles for resale.
• Quality & safety: repairs to manufacturer and safety standards.
• Teamwork: collaborate with service advisors and fellow techs.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Experience – 3+ years of dealership experience.
